I consider myself as a "traveller" teacher. I love travelling around the world meeting all kinds of people and listening to them talking about their lives, worlds, families, etc. (although, unfortunately I don't have much time at the moment). I love packing cases, rucksacks and backpacks with everything I need for the trip. And I love "packing" my students' "knowledge rucksacks" with the same enthusiasm as I pack my own suitcases.
wow, Marta!! well done! enthusiasm is probably the most essential quality in a teacher, the one students can't resist ;-)
ResponEliminaI share your enthusiasm for Ken Robinson and I find your quote from him a milestone in innovation. People who want to control everything and are not in for a few surprises can't go beyond that comfort zone... yet you have your suitcases ready to embark on a journey into technology... :-)
